Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Masters in Forensic Psychology, currently in her final year of a PhD in the School of Law at Royal Holloway, University of London, exploring prisoners’ motivation to engage in healthy behaviours. Member of the steering group for the Alliance of Sport for the Desistance of Crime.
As an active academic with a background in business consultancy for the NHS, Hannah is able to draw on her knowledge of best practice in relation to behavioural change in forensic settings as well as change management in a business setting to continuously inform the development of the workshops and respond to challenges resourcefully, ensuring the promotion of health and well-being remains at the heart of Cell Workout’s programmes in prisons and across the community.

Plymouth College of Art graduate, award winner for most creative portfolio by Denza, featured fashion designer in Elle slovenia. Designer and developer of the Cell Workout athleisure collection, including sourcing and buying.
Carter is also responsible for branding, marketing and creating content while making sure the brand stays true to the ethos of Cell Workout.
Non executive director
An experienced manager with over 35 years of broad based experience in the retail, marketing and design sector; more than half of which has been successfully spent in the public arena. Former CEO of Moss Bros Group PLC from 1989-2002. Developed Hugo Boss retail operations in the UK to 17 stores. Expertise in product and sourcing, new business and strategic development. Ability to turn business plans and strategy into operational results in rapidly changing markets.
